ARTICLE I – OFFICIAL ASSASSINATIONS
Assassination Requirements
✓ The target must be successfully eliminated.
✓ The assassin must escape using either:
• A Boat
• An Aircraft
✓ The assassin must travel a significant distance away from the scene and leave the session.
✓ Full video footage of the assassination and escape must be recorded and submitted as evidence.
⚠ Failure to provide complete footage will result in the assassination being declared INVALID.

Prohibited Weapons & Vehicles

Combat Conditions
✓ Targets may be eliminated on foot or from a vehicle.
✓ Members must wear cartel-style clothing during the operation.
✓ Failure to meet these requirements will invalidate the assassination.

ARTICLE II – THE AFTERLIFE PROTOCOL
Cartel Leaders & Lieutenants
If a recognized Cartel Leader or Lieutenant is successfully assassinated during an approved operation, that character is considered permanently deceased within the cartel community.
The deceased member must:
• Create a new GTA Online character.
• Adopt a new identity.
• Change their PSN, Gamertag, or Roleplay Identity.
This DOES NOT require deleting your main GTA Online character.
Members may create a second character to continue participating in the cartel community.

Disrespect, cheating, exploiting game mechanics, or violating cartel law may result in:
• Demotion
• Blacklisting
• Permanent Removal
